Reader Schedule for Lent
Throughout Lent (which begins with Ash Wednesday next week), our church is going to be reading through the book of John. I’ve actually found out that there are a number of faith communities whom I know that are doing so as well; it’s cool to think that so many people will be living in the text of John during this season.
For those who want to read along, here’s the back of the bookmark we’re handing out at Hope this Sunday; it has the schedule of readings, which amounts to about 3 chapters a week. I’m planning on blogging along as I read, and if you are as well, let me know and I’ll link you on a resource post I’m going to post next week.
